If you were really an pilot at 9E you would have received 4/16 email.
In abbreviated form pilots covered under failed ussp program will get
same terms as current DGI pilots. Official language out next week for
pilot feedback. So be sure to call your reps and complain and you will
get nothing again. Nancy?

The only reason I'm going to respond to your comment is because I thought you might've made a point here, but I was mistaken. The only email I received on 4/16 was a premium pay update. Did anybody else on this board receive the email this moron is talking about? My guess is no. Secondly, my original mistake was that I did not call in to say that I liked the original uSSP plan. I have never called in to complain about anything. Third, I called you Nancy because I think that's what your name is.
Lastly, I will not be responding to your comments anymore since you obviously don't have the capability to hold an intelligent conversation. Sorry.

You don't exactly paint yourself (here on APC) as most military folks do; they are typically more respectful and less abrasive. If what you are showing us here on a anonymous public forum is indicative of your demeanor in real life, I think you may find it challenging to move on to Delta, regardless of whether or not your resume is competitive.
And yes, there was a 4/16 email that addresses sunset SSP and uSSP issues. More to follow next week.

I am who I am and will act as I see fit, and I'm not really trying to impress YOU to go to delta, so I don't really care what you think is challenging. I have only responded in kind to all members of this board, whether that be respectful or disrespectful. While I grant you that most members of the military will be respectful, that respect will only go so far. Once you show you are not worthy of that respect, stand by.

For those that did not receive the email, here is the section that pertains to action being taken to address the voided group of us that currently have no SSP or DGI

"The SSP Sunset provisions would be an amendment to the Bridge Agreement, which governs our pilots’ movement to Delta through the SSP. In an effort to clarify exactly how the SSP will wind down and also to enhance certain other provisions of the Bridge Agreement, a package has been developed with Endeavor and Delta which would include a firm July 1, 2016, date upon which the final list of first-attempt interview candidates will be sent to Delta; a timeline for pilots who hold second interview opportunities to schedule their next attempts; a guaranteed interview for pilots who would have been covered by the failed uSSP under no-less-favorable terms than the current Delta Guaranteed Interview program; a guaranteed interview for pilots currently prevented from participating by a training freeze or medical dequalification; annualized accounting of our SSP hiring entitlement to the lesser of 1/3 of Delta’s annual hiring or 180, which eliminates the exposure to monthly hiring fluctuations that have cost our pilots Delta jobs each of the past two years; and guaranteed minimum monthly movement when fewer than 180 CJO holders will be sent any calendar year to ensure the final SSP pilots to move will go to Delta earlier in the year than later.
We are still in the process of finalizing the language relating to the SSP sunset provisions and discussing the package with the MEC. Please look for a full text version in next week’s MEC Hotline. The MEC will only consider the tentative agreement for ratification after the proposed letter is published to the pilot group for feedback."

Unless you're talking about the revelation about PTSD I'm pretty sure the military hasn't changed much over the years. And I think you're way off on your idea of selected respect. Mainline likes military pilots for their leadership qualities of which you seem to be lacking based on your comments on this board. You Sir, seem to fly off the handle at the first sign of adversity. Not a typical military trait.
Again, respect given where it's due, and only where it's due. I do love the way that you project your opinions upon the military and mainline and what they are, where you have nothing to do with either. So your opinions are invalid. If you are too much of a coward to join the military, and not quite good enough to join mainline, do you really think anything you say on either of those topics is worth anything?

A. I'm a commuter moron, sooooooo no.
B. Calling a Marine lazy? Not smart. After 3 tours in the Corps, I spend most of my free time in the anti-terrorism center. What have you ever done, again? Exactly, nothing.
C. The day I become a worthless politician, is the day I borrow your panties to wear.
Anything else you'd like to say?

Okay hold on. There are a ton of reasons why someone wouldn't want to join the military. I am extremely appreciative of your service and I truly thank you for what you did, but because I didn't chose your path doesn't make me a coward. Nor does it make me less good at what I do.

I was questioning him being a coward, not you. That's really not that hard to understand. And feel and judge however you wish, I really couldn't care less at FL340 or on the ground.
