They aren't. If you can read a METAR/TAF, and answer some WWYD questions, you'll be fine.

Where in the haities would they put the people? THe crew room is literally smaller than the hotel room I'm currently sitting in, and it is always full with FAs who live in it!

Increasing the LGA staffing with a temporary base is a disgusting thought until they improve the crew room bag room situation.

There are two crew rooms. The other one is used primarily by shuttle America which seems like they won't need it anymore.

TMAAT questions, WWYD questions (for example, during preflight you find a mechanical issue, CA tells you to tell the pax that we have a delay due to weather, what would you do?), why Endeavor, they Ask you a lot of details from previous training including college, flight training for every certificate, etc. what happens to altimeter if static port freezes, read a Metar and taf (very simple ones) and ask you if you need an alternate (use 1,2,3 rule). Brief an approach (FAA or Jepp your choice) and that's it! Great people nothing to worry about. If you want more info you can always go to the aviationinterviews website, register and you will get a lot good info, and if you pay $20 you will get every possible detail about several more interview experiences.

I'm familiar with both rooms that you are talking about, but like you said, the second one is just a generic DCA room... 9E needs a dedicated private crew and bag room and ops office big enough to house our operation... Even if you added in the DCA room it still is nowhere close to being sufficient.
Have you ever been in our LGA bag room? Someone is going to get hurt in there... its just a matter of time.

WHat happened to Will Fly For Food having all the good gouges? It's been 5 years since I've needed one, but back then that was the place to go for a good gouge.

I wondered the same thing before interviewing with 9E last month. I interviewed with another carrier 5 years ago and also used WFFF. There was nothing there for Endeavor this time so a friend of mine told me about the aviationinterviews website... I guess its what everyone use these days..

The DO said they are actively trying to accomplish this. I would expect it sooner rather than later.
