Alpa stopped telling us for a month or two unless there's a problem with my email. I am assuming that no one has interviewed for a while. I hope I'm wrong.

The success rate of regional pilots applying for a job at Delta will be less than 20%. Even Endeavor, which has a major hiring advantage because the initial screening process is null, has a less than 50% hire rate.

From a friend in a recent class, I think all classes are split now. Many newhires seem to be given DTW -200, and reserve time is short there.

If you dont get hired the first time they interview you, do they give you a second chance to come back or is it a one time thing?
