I'm currently at 925TT and should reach 1500TT by late fall/early winter. Any advice on the appropriate time to start the application process with Endeavor?

Anytime. I was hired with just over 1,000.

I can't recall if they have recommended interview minimums. I did mine around 900 hours (1,000 hours for R-ATP). They wanted to make sure I had my hours before class, but at the rate I was flying then I only needed a month to get my hours, so they offered me a class about 8 weeks out. Call the recruitment line and they might offer some guidance.

There is only one fleet manager position (covering both the 200 and 900) and yes that position is about to become vacant as the current person has a job offer from Delta and will soon be going to class there.
