Thanks for the welcome, I am glad to be here. Call me ignorant, but I feel things are looking upward for 9E staff and I feel it was a good decision to start my 121 career here. Oddly enough, just after I posted I heard from scheduling and I'm heading out tomorrow!

I must've logged in right when they were changing up my schedule.

Fun times. Although I've had enough early releases to forgive them since then.

You're welcome, I gave the guys over at scheduling a call to speed things up. Jk this month is pretty short so they definitely want you working.

I made a listing on DeltaNet for a flight in 15 hours...it won't let me check in on the app. I've never flown standby on Delta...what's the process? Just wait at the gate until your name gets called?

The app can be un friendly when it comes to non revs sometimes. Try using a regular webpage. When you get to the gate they should call your name or they may have screens. You can also see on delta net too when they clear you and what seat.

Seems like a good place to work. I have been reading through the thread and I don't see a lot of hate and discontent like I have read on some of the other regional threads. People generally seem friendlier and more content here. Does this have anything to do with the recent financial incentives, or was it like this before they included the retention bonuses?

Gotta go to delta.com. If using a mobile device scroll down and select "view full website". Then check in. You can then use the app as a guest with your confirmation number and see seats available and the nonrev list. For future reference, you can check in 24 hours prior and must be checked in by :30 prior.

I think the hard times forged solidarity with those who stayed. The new management team and bonuses are making everyone happy. Oh, and the movement and growth. Good luck wherever you end up.

If you go back a couple of years you'll see a lot of discontent. Current CEO didn't exactly have a good track record. He was at Comair for example. And for a while Endeavor was shrinking and the future of the airline was unclear. This is kinda what's going on at some of the other regionals now and why you hear more negativity. Today Endeavor is a good regional to be at. Hopefully, it'll last for a while.

gojo & block30,

Thanks for your replies. Thinking about going back to full-time flying after way too many years away. Endeavor seems like a good place to do that without having to declare bankruptcy at the same time.
