Endeavor will send you to CAE in Dallas to do the ATP/CTP course. That gets you the written course requirement, but you have to take the actual written test after completing the course on your own. You will have 3 weeks off between the ATP/CTP course and the start of class at 9E to take the test. If you don't pass the course or test, you will not be able to start class at Endeavor.

They will give you a course date for 3 weeks before your endeavor class starts. And yes they they will give you class dates for both classes the day of the interview.

"Simple" depends on whether the company uses the percentage method or the aggregate method for computing the tax on the bonus amount. Typically, the aggregate method means you pay more taxes at the time of the payout (adds your bonus to your income), whereas the percentage method taxes the bonus at a flat rate of 25%. The percentage method doesn't take into account the tax brackets you listed (even if you are making over $200,000, your bonus would be taxed at 25% not 33%), those brackets are for normal income.
All you just did is have 90% of the people reading this topic have their eyes glaze over and move on and not learn anything. Yes the company has the choice and they went with the flat percentage - 25%. It was easier and most people will have less withheld that way.
I was merely pointing out the huge misconception in how people think taxes are paid/withheld. The 25% is where most of the people on the seniority list will fall in line so complaining about it is nonsense. The senior CA's that are making 6-figures+ will fall into the next higher tax bracket and might actually underpay on the 25% withholding.
The rest of you are complicating something that doesn't need to be. The new guys and girls won't require complex returns. Simple, see?

This was a little blurb from our CEO regarding a meeting of top Delta executives. If this is true maybe the rumors won't be rumors for much longer!
"Earlier this week, Delta brought together more than 4,000 of their managers and leaders for an update meeting. Myself and several members of Endeavor’s leadership team were invited to attend and had the good fortune of hearing Ed Bastian, the newly announced CEO of Delta Air Lines, and Gil West, Delta’s COO, speak…both talked about Endeavor in their remarks, with Gil calling Endeavor the “gold standard” of Delta Connection carriers and Ed stating the plans to continuing growing Endeavor into the future. To hear that from Delta’s top leadership was tremendously humbling, and something we should all be proud of."
