You don't need to be on reserve, that's your choice!

Well let's see...reserve and be based at home...or commute for a crappy line and **** away 300/month in a hotel. Sorry pal...his seniority should be a line holder in any endeavor base, but he got cabloched.

Is there a gym at the hotel they put you in during training? Anywhere to run nearby?

You get the guarantee I think. It's like you said 75-85 or something like that. Travel benefits kick in immediately I think.

The gym is not great, 2 treadmills, an eliptical and some free weights. There are a few awesome parks which are really nice to run to/in and they're like 2 miles away. There is an asphalt running/biking side walk that is 50 yards from the hotel and can take you there.

You get 75hrs min guarantee, pro-rated for the first month but full after. Our class received our first check the second week of class. Travel does kick in right away as well as you get your company ID and KCM the first day.

Benefits kick in the 1st of the month following your first 30 days of employment.

Hired - June 8
30 days of employment - July 8
Benefits - August 1st

Out of the official documentation given by the company. You can signup right away, and you should, it just doesn't go into effect (or get deducted from your check) until you reached the above mentioned timeline.
