Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

The pilots not making the cut in the SSP interview process rest solely on their own shoulders. I know there are a few on here that got turned down and like to play the victim card with regards to Delta having a predetermined result of a candidate even before they interview... I can say with a certain amount of confidence, that is completely false, and it just further shows that Delta made a correct decision. Thorough preparation, a great attitude, and a nice smile will go a very long way in the interview.

Hey guys I've a quick question. I'll be interviewing next week. I live in PHX and would like to know what base I should choose if they give me an option. Which would be the easiest commute? I'm also thinking about Compass since they have a junior base in LA, but I am willing to sacrifice some QOL for increased pay. Thanks

During training will the company positive space you to a different city? Say if I have to go to a wedding in a city where I don't live. I would only need a flight there and back, not to there and my hometown.

Some get spoiled in training with positive space. The luxury of to and from home is still a "new" perk at endeavor. Once done with sims, you only get it to and from pure training events (recurrent ground/sim and upgrade/differences). You will be commuting as a non-rev and will be doing personal travel also as a non-rev. The job brings travel benefits, but they solely rely on open seats available.

No. Only your home airport based on your home address. You would have to "non-rev" like the vast majority of pilots.

I'd be going from MSP-ORD, Friday to Sunday, hopefully won't be too bad. Would I be in CASS and able to jump seat? I'm a 135 guy so I have no clue how any of this stuff works.

By your post I'm not sure if you are saying you were 135 and now here at endeavor or still 135.
If you are at endeavor, you would be in cass for Jumpseat purposes.
