Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

Propel and STEP only. Propel has done a pretty good job keeping classes full as many in the program now are being given automatic jobs here after not being hired elsewhere. Roughly 20 a class with 2 classes a month. Last I checked they were running 4-5 months out on classes. Occaisional off the street but usually with an internal recommendation.
Usually a screening and then flying you out for the interview. Best foot forward for sure, though. They've been getting more and more selective as FOs are now abbundant and captains are slowly growing back to a healthy ratio.

Any idea if they will hire off the street FO's with 121 time? Facing possible Furlough at spirit and looking into options. I have around 500hrs 121 time.

Hopefully things turn around at Spirit, but Endeavor is a great company to work for. They aren’t my first 121 experience, and I’ve been very impressed.

I think they would be interested in you for sure. 500 hours of 121 time won’t get you into a major anymore, but a second type rating and a quick upgrade for you will certainly help pad your resume.
