Endeavor Pay Raises
Well Republic’s new TA is released. 90/hr FO, CPT 140-215 with no snap back like AA WO. Also no more 401k match instead goes to DC (with 6-years to vest at 100%). Literally is there any reason for a new hire to come to Endeavor anymore?

if your willing to work for 50% of the industry compensation to have a guaranteed job at DL in 4.5+ years, so long as DL doesn’t sell EDV or stop hiring.

So it looks like Republic just went to $90/hr for first year FOs and $140/hr for first year CAs. Is Endeavor now at the bottom for pay? Just for FOs I believe Air Wisc is $60, Spirit $61, and CommutAir is at $72.

Silver Airways is paying around the same as Endeavor (they just raised their rates from 40 to 52). Not sure which one is lower now.
