Believing DL seniority numbers will be given to 9E pilots is delusional, they just want to keep you here for as long as they Can while hiring everyone else from other regionals and LCCs. Flow calculator is a joke, 2000-250 on protection that’s more than 7 years to flow for a new hire. You could be making A320 Captain money 7 years from now at a Major or flow to DL in 2030 and be junior forever. RUN

Nahhh, can't confirm it unless the source is a first year FA or ramper. Either way, we're screwed unless management opens up Delta's wallet soon. Then again, maybe they want us to be screwed.

Go to Envoy, upgrade to captain there for a sh.t ton of more money with a better schedule. What is there to be on the fence about? Don’t wait. This place is obviously not taking the situation seriously.
