I know where I stand on the ISL. Just thought they would post the current sen numbers on the final then keeping what the notice had. But thanks.

I just want them to delete the ISL posted on Nov 25...as the pdf is from January

As it would require more than 20 to get a senority number that month. Which isn't possible.

Well union removed the attrition numbers so who knows if 48 this month was the actual numbers
I'm sure the union will post the attrition numbers in an email this week. The company has to send them the info and they like to wait as long as possible. Especially now that the numbers are so high.

If you don't want to get the vaccine then stay here or find an airline that doesn't require it.
All good up until they want something you don't have, like empathy...

Dunno if you're saying I don't have empathy. I personally could careless if your vax or not. I also think it's ridiculous that it was made mandatory for companies to make employees get it. So yeah it's bs..but you knew what was required before the flow even started.

This is absolutely not true. They mentioned in the conference call, the podcast, and the q&a email that this would be the case. And if they didn't bother to read or listen to any of these before accepting the flow then they should lose their spots (regardless of the vaccine opinion). Being this uniformed is painful

Except they can still ask for (and likely receive) a religious exemption. Also, the government contractor mandate, as well as the “over 100” employee mandate, are both on hold. The CMS mandate (which isn’t anything to do with airlines, but healthcare) is also on hold now. The courts are all pretty well suspending these mandates as the cases work through the courts. Most likely all federal mandates are going to be tossed. It will then be a company / state issue. And if you live in a state (such as Florida) which bans vaccine mandates, an employer won’t be able to deny you a job due to it anyway. I highly doubt the vax issue is affecting flow pilots.

Well they did say we only lost one flow slot for personal reasons. As that pilot pulled out after saying yes to flow. So who knows the exact reason why. I do expect all 20 who flow in December to resign over the next week before their class date. And all 20 to actually go. But we will see.

But Delta doesn’t have a FL pilot base and every NH is considered be based in ATL until done with OE.

Right. It's where you're based or employed. Not where you live

wrong. It’s where you live. That’s why on the application, it specifically has an option under the Covid vaccine question, that says,:

N/A*

* I live or work outside of the U.S. or in a city or state where employer mandated COVID-19 vaccines are not permitted.
