A separate flow could not be tied to the LOA, which means it's DOA, that's why the new hires will get the "CAP" program. However, there is nothing in the contract that prevents them from just taking more pilots outside of the flow, but uping the flow would require the Delta MEC. Even our own union will tell you that.

Right now, expect no more than 14days off a month once you gets line. Likely closer to 12. The trips right now are horribly inefficient causing minimum days off. According to management, this is being looked at and they are trying to make it better. I’ll believe it when I’m flying it…

oh, and also in the “according to management” column, E175s are still a consideration within 2 years. 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Um, sure they are…
Ahhhh I love how they still throw the E175 carrot in front of people.... Also let it be known that there is no longer any ERJ training program from the past still present accessible for them to revise.. You could say that is gone with the Avro & Saab.....

Thats probably yesterday’s news. At the rate we are going something has to happen. I don’t think money solves the problem either. This ain’t about money…it’s about getting ahead of the hiring wave.

Agreed. If you count flow pilots who are leaving for next month's class the last number I heard of resignations was 45..and that was Nov 10th.

Company can't afford 3-4 months of 60+ leaving. Something is gonna have to get done by the new year

New guy here. Does it mean a reduction in time for upgrade compared to what it was a year ago?

Short version, yes. Went from 5 years to 3 years (rounded numbers).

Based on the attrition numbers some can see. You think the year will continue to go down?
