I'd rather have a line on a 200 than to sit ready reserve 10 days a month in the same base on the 7/900. Also having flown all three, it's really not that bad. Especially if you're ATL based, it's practically the same flying between the two.

Agreed, although reserve these days isn't so bad. You're able to drop pretty much any day you want and then pick up (at least in my category), so you can build yourself a nice hybrid line. Significantly limits the RR potential.

I dunno if you're exaggerating, but this is an insane statement to me. Anyway, to each their own.

have you looked at the rsv grid for the Msp base, which is what we’re talking about?

Exactly, but I'd rather have the flexibility to choose to do that or a line. Summer 2019 I was dropping everything I could and building a nice line, but once Fall rolled around I was stuck in the RR gauntlet.

I’m not exaggerating. Commuting to reserve is a whole different deal. But from my angle, I would absolutely commute to a 900 over not commuting to a piece of junk 200 if I could hold a line on the 900.

Also if the routes are the exact same as one claimed for ATL, then maybe I’d consider, but overall I’d rather be flying 2-3 legs a day over 4-6.

Well I'm one of the lucky ones that gets forced to cvg and 2 leg commute the day before and after a trip starts/ends... Hopely I can drop some trips a month and pick up open time out of atl/dtw to make commuting to the 900 less painful

funny, you’re just being hypothetical. Because you don’t have that option. 99.9 would drive to work instead of commuting on an airplanes
