For how much you bad mouth Delta and Edv here, on the FB group, and out on the line, you sure seem desperate to get there. Truthfully its guys like you that make the progression campaign look like a joke.
I agree the system is unfair, but thats not specific to Endeavor.
Thats the entire regional model. My point was not to say that if you spend your career at a regional you're lazy, and if thats how it was taken I'd like to correct that. My point is, if you want guaranteed progression for merely showing up then head over to Envoy and take the beating, low pay, and work rules for your 'guaranteed' spot. BTW, hows their flow time looking these days? Infinite? I'd much rather have the contract EDV has and earn it on my own then sit around for who knows how long and wait for my number to get called. I guess im old school and understand life isnt fair and im not owed anything by anyone for flying a clapped out RJ. Thats okay, someone is always going to have it better than me and someone is always going to have it worse. I'll work hard and see where the chips fall. But I've got enough money allocated towards my own progression. Dont need/want the union hearding me to Delta, which isnt where I want to end up anyway.

You got it all figured out don't you?....in fact I am not desperate to get there at all, if you know me from the line you would know that, so once again you are misinformed. And to quote you " truthfully its guys like you" that are ruining this career progression campaign with your yes man attitude and divisive attitude.

Figures..he has already made it known on here he is far superior to anyone that wears an orange lanyard, which is a sign of unity and strength. Good thing his attitude seems to be in the minority. But hey wearing the hat and delta lanyard will land him that job above everyone else.

The ultimate success of the progression campaign is not being measured by your opinion. The MEC knew when they started tackling this it would move an glacial pace, they have said it themselves. The association took on the PFA campaign in direct response to feedback from the pilot group via reps, surveys, company surveys, and more. If you do not like it or don't support it, call your rep instead of insulting this pilot group on the internet. If you are just ignorant, maybe you should educate yourself as to what the campaign is, the means, and the overall goal. It's not a handout, it has to be earned and it is.

Not desperate, you just haven't been willing to put out the effort to move on, and part of that effort would be restarting at the bottom of the seniority for schedules. That's pretty much the story of the other 400+ lifers in front of you on the list. It may pay off for you now in today's environment, or it may be the dumbest, laziest thing you'll kick yourself to your grave for doing. As for this lanyard campaign, it was dead on arrival with the lack of unity, and even worse the tools that wore the lanyard WITH that hat. #staysafestayhome
Endeavor pilots, keep those lanyards on. You have to be consistent or Delta doesn't listen.
