That’s my understanding, yes.

Is that Bridge Agreement available on DeltaNet?

No, this part of the contract just requires a flow down provision it doesn't mean any pilot actually have to be furloughed/recalled. So Delta today just lost 35 76 seaters and won't get those back until they provide some type of flow down provision

Forget my answer, Rayjay, this is right. I obviously misunderstood your question.

Since 9E is going to have 35+ parked anyway, might as well hold the line with flow down. F em, why should we negotiate that when DL didn't want flow up? And DALPA didn't truly advocate for flow up.

If pilots are going to be furloughed. It’s going to happen regardless of a flowup/flowdown. We should consider it with strong language and as much protection as we can get. Just don’t know how it will affect the number of furloughs at Endeavor if that comes to be. It’s a little bit of a gamble but I strongly believe that the economy will bounce right back and we might just have scored a win. Any thoughts?

My thought is I pray they don’t listen to you. Chances are furloughs will happen both at Delta and Endeavor. I’d rather take my chances with a straight furlough at Endeavor rather then watch the double breasted flow backs come in at the top and bounce one after another of our pilots out the door. Delta has said they are going to come back smaller they will furlough pilots and retirements aren’t going to stop that so I for one would rather keep the job I have rather then possibly get pushed out of said job for a flow to Delta in maybe the next 10+ years.

People like you make me sick. You always have to put some bone headed comment into your replies. Real constructive criticism you got going there.

Pretty sure we just had an orange lanyard campaign for career progression. If we had secured a flow with Delta last year, it would have been a two way street. Why would Delta/DALPA give us something for nothing?
