BIS and DSM for the CM8 are on May 2, only... after that, the CM8s are off the schedule.

I do agree that it'll probably change several times before our pairings get put together piecemeal in May again.
I don't know what's reasonable for your network, but they could be playing a game if the bailout says only, that they can't layoff.

They can increase cash flow if they can reduce fee for departure cost, a contractor would have to eat cost not associated with direct payroll. Share some pain.

If the government is picking up the costs of Endeavor, then you might as well park our jets for 90 days, and put those pax on OO, and YX, since Delta has to still pay them.

I think in the case of OOYX, if Delta hasn't cut OOYX flying, and OOYX cancels, then Delta can get out of their lift or capacity agreement. Draconian but true. I'd actually expect that to happen.

DL can't part ways with OO without losing gates.

Does OO still own those in ATL or are you referring to others possibly in SLC? Any current source that mentions this?

Until Skywest has to give those gates up to cut their own costs.

They are the ATL gates, and OO still owns the leases on them. However, when they surrender them, they go up for public bid, and any airline, except Delta(anti-trust limit), can bid on them.

Ding Ding Ding!! More than one LCC has been eyeballing those gates for years. DLhas always played hardball dirty business, in cahoots with the ATL airport on this. Can't blame them, but the collusion with the city speaks volumes about the city of ATL.
