And for the record, I personally have very little intent on going anywhere else before I retire. I was going to go somewhere else once upon a time, then the company merged with another company and flushed the hiring pool. Well, one of the hiring pools that is. Those Delta South boys kept their CJOs.

Yes, I’m a Minnie CA - no, I don’t necessarily want flow backs. I’m simply stating that at this time, both our MECs have goals that are mutually beneficial to each other. Now is not the time to back off the campaign despite a few keyboard warriors wanting to wear their hats without shame.

Ya I’d vote the ones wearing the orange lanyards are the first to take pay cuts. There is a time and a place to demand more and unfortunately that time has passed and now we should all be focusing on the reality that those on the bottom half of the seniority list will more then likely see furlough in the very near future and the rest of us will see significantly reduced pay rates with absolutely no increase in time off. This peddly bull about staples and career progression is the same pipe dream it’s always been. Why don’t we put our focus on who we are and where we are now instead of dreaming of being mainline which is defiantly looking at least three years out for those who hold CJOs from the DGI that weren’t taken before this fallout.

When the NWA flow was being negotiated, the senior Mesaba pilots would not agree to flow down, and thus we had limited movement agreement, and NWA had to start up Compass as well. All of those morons would have been Delta captains by now.
