ATL 900 CA 3 years 3 months (assuming Oct 3 move date)
ATL 200 CA 3 years 11 months (assuming Oct 3 move date)
DTW 900 CA Not backfilled (so much for DTW growing...)
DTW 200 CA 3 years 7 months (assuming Oct 3 move date)
MSP 900 CA fuggedaboudit
NYC 900 CA 12 years 5 months (assuming Oct 3 move date)
NYC 200 CA 3 years 1 months (assuming Oct 3 completion of training)
Until they start upgrading as many pilots a month as were hired per month in 2017, our upgrade times will not get better than this.

SOS, different day. They’ve been doing this for years to bully the other DC carriers into better terms, TSH in particular. We shall see, but don’t hold your breath. Maybe leadership should do the ethics and integrity LMS modules

Base Admin doesn't make policy or drive reminders. They are merely tasked by upper management to send them. Adding the comment "need I say more" is low emotional intelligence. I almost laughed. The fact they come daily, is ridiculous.
I imagine, we hold ourselves responsible to accomplish them when required and if necessary, just send one at the beginning or end of the week. If an individual hasn't completed them with a week or less to go, then its "possible" you may be "reminded".

She took away the blankets for the sleep room too, you have to leave your company ID to get one. What are the AM readys supposed to do? That room is freezing.
She’s been doing LMS email too like every month. Look, I’ll start them when i start getting the automated emails they are due.
She’s very nice but yeah definitely a micromanager.
