I’m not projecting anything. I’m simply tired of people thinking that they are entitled to something that was never part of the deal. Perhaps you need to look at why you think that this is ok. There are some great interview prep firms that I could recommend for you.

Eh, i know you think everyone is stuck here and you're blowing in to wake people up and educate the sheeple, but ive already got my foot out the door. You're posts in here scream out attention, savior and no one cares. Everyone working at edv is making six figures or will soon. They're fine. Find another company. You're clearly the only one needing help here, professional help. As in go see a professional.

When I was at Endeavor there was much talk about pilots who went to mainline and then wouldn't even look at Endeavor pilots anymore. I guess trying to maintain interest and conversation isn't acceptable either?

You should have enough of an idea of our speaking styles to know that it's not. For one, I have never tried to even imply that current Endeavor pilots are lazy. I am rooting for all of you and do hope that things keep getting better. My dream, rather than a flow, would be to offer a staple and make the flying be in house (which I don't see happening any time soon).. A flow is just a way to encourage pilots to stay at a regional longer than they would need to otherwise and they are metered to that end.

You switched user names and went tough love, it's transparent. I don't care either way, maybe others do, but you dont fit in which is why you come back here. Its a weird flex. Anyway, your breath is wasted on me. Dont need the help, in fact I'm close enough to the end I'll stop it here.

I know you're painfully aware of all this, but for the benefit of those newer, I'll say it anyway.
While I don't agree with the decision, what happened to the Mesaba flows was what seemed like the status quo for flow agreements then. Flowbacks happened but the flow would be canceled before flow ups. Compass was the first to really benefit from one as far as I can recall, even then it was up in the air while they considered the decision. I knew a pilot who delayed starting class there until that decision was made, if he'd gone when originally scheduled he'd have had a flow. I felt like the big shock was that the Compass pilots kept it but Mesaba didn't. I recall all sorts of rumors as to why.
I'd like to see an improvement to movement for the Endeavor pilots but I really think a flow is not on the table any time soon. I just wish they could come up with a way to not turn down so many great pilots in the interview in the meantime.

The irony is the guys who blew it, still got to flow anyway. The entire agreement should have been canceled that day we were sold.
