Why do we all need to get a shot? Not everyone gets a shot at the best jobs at the best companies in any other industry?
The more a big airline grows with small airplanes in lower pay bands doesn’t really seem to accomplish much if you can hit those pay bands at a regional after 10+ years.

Exactly what hiring rule requires a company working as a government contractor to hire internally or from wholly owned subsidiaries? This former government contracting officer would like to know....

Wow. News flash! There are other great airlines to work at besides Delta. Just go for it. In other news, the latest fleet change from them includes 9E getting no 175s, no west coast anything, Compass planes going to Republic, and 9E getting the ~20 700s.

It's the same guy working in C tower as a paper pushing assistant that wants everyone to know how much he knows. Still waiting for that endeavor sticker slapping ceremony for the 175s any day now.
Maybe he should get back to writing his bosses memos and revisions.

I know there are a lot of guys that really want west coast, but 20 airframes is still 20 airframes.
