Funny story, a LCA whom only bid CDO's, would be responsible for a large chunk of the unstable approach data. Completely refused to follow SOP when it was his leg, but would nit pick everything you did when it was yours. It was almost hilarious to watch the reports come out, and the airport he was going to was always the new top on the list. They even had to replace the compass cards in the airplanes because of him. Thank God mainline took him.

I generally agree with most of what you say, but this one is tough to swallow. You're telling an FO to call scheduling and ask to be removed from a trip for the Captains's lack of SOP? I don't think scheduling is going to take that well, and they certainly aren't going to direct you to pro standards.
Assuming they DO remove the FO, everyone involved is going to get to go talk to a chief pilot.
I'm not defending a non-SOP Captain. We're paid to do a job, we should do it according to current SOP certainly but calling to be removed from a trip due to that, especially as a probationary pilot, is a bold move.
I will say, definitely call pro standards, and for your part, do all of the required briefings and checklists regardless of what the Captain says, it's your license too.
If the Company wants to weed out the non-SOP Captains, that's what line checks are for.

Not sure if the Captain is following SOP what could really be "off the rails" in a way that would warrant asking off the trip.
Maybe you're saying he's doing something actually dangerous?? In which case, yes, ask off the trip and get him pulled too, completely agree.

I guess I interpreted "off the rails" and doesn't want briefings as non-SOP.

So CoB has come and gone, I guess another few months of waiting before any announcement?

Delta doesn’t even serve that location. However go to purchase a ticket to Key West in November and Endeavor is listed as the operator for the last flight Of the day for the whole month or at least the several random days I checked.
