[You guys that completely unplugged from the first merger and stomped your feet when it didn't "go your way". Are going to look like idiots doing this crap.

And before anyone continues to wrongly quote the merger policy they should actually read more than the first couple sentences.

I would have bought we were merging back when we were not hiring and had classes with such low numbers. I don't see the reason to hire almost 30 new FTIs and get classes back to 50+ a month if we are gonna merge.

Source? Gonna throw the BS flag on that one. No reason to revamp hiring like crazy if we're gonna merge.

JH still works here, you should talk to him about it. Keep out of it and let the adults handle a merger if it happens. Meanwhile read the policy.

I'd rather let a chimpanzee attracted by all the banana pictures handle the next merger over JH next time, thanks.

No avro, JH isnt going to be allowed to handle anything when it comes to mergers ever, that was the point. Unless we farmed him to Compass.

Seriously, how are you that bad at reading comprehension?

Bloch was fine and industry standard. Mesaba was lucky pinnacle pilots union didn't take the merger seriously and appointed JH. Mesaba was unlucky because at the time we were the only of the three that were parking airplanes. It turned out later Mesaba was nearly the only one with anything left. Knowing that Colgan and Pinnacle were going to lose everything or nearly everything, the arbitration award would have incenerated the two other groups in category and class, but Bloch didnt have a crystal ball. According to the Pinnacle brain trust, we were going to add another 40 airplanes on the colgan side and everything else would stay the same. 'Member that? Bloch wouldn't have nearly the anger if PT and DS weren't incompetent lying managers.

Endeavor has the career progression, pay, evidence of growth, firmer standing, and delta would be the purchasing agent (though watch out if that goes the other way!). Compass comes with the expectations theyd lose how many planes? Endeavor is overstaffed as well helping us even further, and I'd expect Compass to be understaffed before long once the upgrades go away. On top of everything we'd have 5 yr fences too.

Endeavor is fine. It gets a little shakey if delta sells us to TSA, but we'd still be fine.
