I ageee HighFlight. The DGI candidates haven’t been here for very long, have mostly good attitudes and are very positive typically. Most (KEYWORD MOST) double no SSPs are “woah is me,” “eff Delta eff this,” “this friggin company screwed me on this and this.” They carry a chip on their shoulder and think Delta owes them something. The DGI folks are completely different. Most are positive, and have a upbeat perspective of Delta and their future. We all moan about the company, but I’ve never heard as much as I heard from most of the double No SSPs when I flew with them. Now granted they may or may not have been this way before their SSP interview, but ever since Delta changed the rules of the game there’s been a negative stigma from those involved in the SSP, pre and post interview. Well news flash, life’s a game and it ain’t fair. Why do I think DGI will be different? Because we’re fresh to the company, fresh to Delta and know going in we have to prove ourselves, not just expect a job.

The majority of the pre-bankruptcy pilots did not go to Delta. 700 went out of 3000. That's probably realistic for the current post bankruptcy folk, 7 out of 30.

700 may have gone, but 3,000 did not try.

The SSP was closer to 63~65% pass rate. The DGI will probably me 70~75%. We shall see...

As much as I hope otherwise, my prediction agrees with Mesabah. I’m predicting just the same as the SSP, somewhere in the 50-60% pass range.

DGI will be at least 75%. Most likely greater.

This is a preferential program right; giving qualified Endeavor employees an interview with less average experience than an OTS candidate... surely.a pass rate equal to the OTS metric makes it a qualified success, or are you expecting a fortune 100 company to lower its hiring standards for you?

Sadly most don’t see it that way

Yea I think 75% is really really hopeful. And maybe a little naive

I'm certainly not expecting them to lower hiring standards period, particularly not for me - not sure why you threw that in there.

75% is a WAG. A prediction. I could be wrong.
