The Delta pilots that frequent these forums are extremely arrogant. Don’t let what we read on here reflect the general consensus of most of the mainline guys. The smart ones know that this really doesn’t matter because 9E won’t be around when they retire. They can take their profit sharing off our backs, put it in a Roth IRA and buy tickets when they retire if they have that big of an issue with it. My friends at the AA wholly owns are respected for the job they do, it’s about time we are here

I wonder how the majority feels about it. It's always those few, and hopefully the elitism culture dies out as more RJ guys get hired. I'm honestly surprised it took this long for our priority change to come up over there.

There are those that hate to see anything going to Endeavor. I was in the Jumpseat once and the FO started talking to me about our retention bonus. The Captain perks up and gets steaming mad. Says, I wasn’t aware of it. But that $h!ts gotta stop. That’s coming straight out of our profit sharing.
Another time I had a very senior captain in comfort plus right behind me being very vocal about the fact I was given a comfort plus seat. I guess according to him maybe I was supposed to be in the lav or at least much closer to it as an OAL employee. I feel that the majority of them over there are pretty decent. Unfortunately, the few crotchety ones can make some waves
