Aviationinterviews.com has some good information on it, it's not exact, but it'll get your mind working in the right direction. I thought it was a fairly easy interview myself.

Default Consolidation of Knowlege

Does anyone know how the company handles consolidation of knowledge requirements? I'm still pretty low on the totem pole at JFK and I'll be under that pole when I get to ATL next month. So far I've amassed a whopping 3 hours since IOE, so I'm wondering how they'll get me over the 100 hour mark within 120 days.

I can't remember but it is either 1 or 2 months away from your 120 days they will put you on CKX (consolidation critical) and they will just start filling your schedule with flying. This happened to me last year and I went from RSV to having trips almost all my reserve periods.

I don’t want to quote you wrong on reserve length since I haven’t been on it in a couple years. However, ATL 200 FO is available to new hires on the latest vacancy, and the most junior awarded 900 FO is a July ‘17 hire. But that base is still going to grow more. Where you thinking of coming from?

You should call CS around the 80 day mark. Be proactive - if you expect CS to catch it you will be back in sims...

Beginning Jan 1, if your still in consolidation you will be Designated First Out for reserve (new Pay LOA).

Even the guys who self designated first out through PBS are not being used much if they're lower seniority.

Does anyone know the policy on flight instructing? I know some airlines allow it, I'm just not sure if ours is one. Thanks!

It’s all in the FOM. And it’s super convenient to find it in your IPAD
