He’s referring to avroman, who can’t stop complaining about reserve and the slights against all reserve pilots who are forced reserve despite being here ~14 years while at the same time not bidding to a category that would allow him to hold a line.

Perhaps instead of bidding around the system or bypassing upgrades trying to avoid reserve, we should be demanding improvements in the reserve working conditions... Make reserve something that senior guys want like at some other airlines.

Last year there is a 12 month “promissory note”, you probably signed it when you took the job offer. Basically $3000 or 12 months if Endeavor provides the ATP course. Of course the training bonus would cover the ATP, and once it is paid, it is paid.
