(Bear in mind the 900s are brand new to ATL for Nov, so the list is fresh, and subject to much change over the next couple of bids)

That's because our two most senior bases have been shrinking away, not affording these FO's an opportunity to upgrade in base and the 4th stripe isn't worth the hassle of commuting to New York for many of them. Reverse that shrinking and I'd bet you'd have no trouble with upgrades.

Most CA's in order to upgrade
Had to commute at one time.

We're adding I believe 4/ac per month in ATL. A spot will be waiting for you there even if you don't want it

They will want you to uograde while in ground school. They arent advertising street Capt, but if you come with 1000 121, your upgrading before your done withground school. With that said, you still have to do FO OE, then your upgrade to CA
