Sure go ahead and Comair us, I've got a list of 3 AA WO's that would love to hire us with so much prior 121 time.
Regional lateral moves are exactly what the majors want. They want cheap flying at the regional level and a ton of pilots on year 1 pay promotes that exact thing.

You'd flow at best in what, 6 years at PDT/PSA/Envoy? Look at the number of pilots needing to be hired at DL/UA/AA/WN/FX/UPS in the next 6 years. Then look at the number of regional pilots available. Retirements alone in the year 2020 are pushing 2200 pilots from those 6 carriers, that doesn't include any kind of growth (that's likely to happen to replace RJ feed that isn't being flown). Then throw in the LCCs and ACMI carriers. The numbers don't lie, a flow isn't needed to get hired somewhere in the next 5 years.

Delta has a lot invested in 9e. They don't seem to have trouble
Spending money on us however a flow doesn't cost them anything.
It may even save them money as senior 9e pilots become year
One FO's at Delta. Yet Delta mgt isn't interested. They could pay us less and include a flow but they won't. We can't negotiate a flow
Unless they want it. The best we can hope for is settle for TA.
Hope hiring remains flat and wait for them to come to us with a flow.

Go to Envoy! $41k bonus for most with 800 Part 121 and a clean record, AA profit sharing, and flow! I like 9E but you can't beat that deal with a stick right now.

I've heard that $41K bonus talk a couple of times in the last week. Where are you getting that info?

I've heard $61/hr year 1 FO pay. That's pretty incredible if you compare just a few years ago. Who cares about a flow. I highly doubt I'll be counting on a 6 year flow.

Nothing on their website or APC about that. Just says 21k. You thinking of air Wisconsin??

It's a hush hush deal that Envoy is offering. Here's the info that was posted on The Pilot Network Facebook page a few days ago...

"It's called the high value aviator program. In order to qualify for the additional $20k," you must have the following:
1) 800 hrs 121
2) no failed check rides ****BUT if you had to retake ANY sim during initial of your other airline, that could disqualify you - even if it wasn't a check ride***
3) pass a "much harder interview, consisting of mostly detailed FAR instrument procedures, fuel for 121 flights/alternates, etc."
4) half hour one-on-one sit down with the chief of training (where he can ask you anything)"

No one has seen anything in writing about it but several people have confirmed its existence.

That is not right, and runs contrary to historical precedence for pilot compensation here in the US. Not everyone making over guarantee is an opentime fiend. If anyone actually has a coherent argument that explains why a bonus structure is preferable to pay rates, I'd love to hear it.

I think some of you might be surprised how few pilots here are going to be willing to burn the place down trying prevent what likely won't be a pay cut due to increases in per diem, sick accrual, and 401k match. Or flow. Particularly when you factor in the restoration ALPA was seeking for the senior guys.
Im not arguing for or against this deal. I (like most) don’t even know what this deal is. I’m trying to find what type of deal would appease your sensitive opinions on fairness. I understand premium pay and how it works, but maybe you don’t. Doesn’t seem like it would fit into your idea of fairness if we both get paid 100 hours but I got a bunch of mine at premium and you didn’t.

Since the contract that every Endeavor pilot flies under is unfair to you and favors others I want to know what needs to be done. Maybe, 11 days off and 90 hours per month at a flat salary for everyone on property? That way we all work the same amount. Maybe captains should be retitled “pilot” and first officers retitled “pilot?” That way no one feels less important and special. I’d hate for someone to get the days off they wanted and you not get yours, so maybe we shouldn’t bid but be randomly assigned work periods. No lines or reserve, that’s terribly favorabl to certain individuals. Everyone’s on call!

Is this enough? Be sure to propose your ideas to, I wouldn’t want to stifle your exceptional mind...

Sounds sketchy. I won’t be going anywhere if the enticement is a hush hush, secret, unwritten promise. The SSP was sold as a handshake despite what the written words stated. Turns out the words were correct. I think if it exists, they would be wise to advertise and place it on paper.
