And many did just that and got the no. You see at Envoy... Pilots interviewed before the flow...got turned down but ultimately ended up at AA because of flow. It's a nice plan B while you try to get the heck out !

I'm also confused at why we have to wait until Wednesday. Sounds pretty dumb to me

I thought so, just wanted to be sure. Will $23 per hour be enough to put you back where you were before, or above it?

More than 12 years would be nice, but it would reward people that the company doesn’t want or need in place.

I also understand the last two, for people who won’t ever leave EDV.

I want the bonus turned into hourly.

I want 12 years increased.

I want better 401k.

I want better sick and vacation accruals.

Could you please educate us as to the formula? Because it seems you are the only person who is aware of it.

Because the MEC has to vote on it, then get the local reps in the loop to answer the crazy stupid questions people are going to come up with.

Sounds like the MEC has already decided to send it out. Why else would they have announced it.

Why do those that work above 83 deserve a pay raise over those that don't? Why even agree to this?

Was with a delta captain today in a hotel shuttle. 16 Year, furloughee went to JB then got recalled. He said that 9E MEC wants it, 9E company wants it, and DALPA MEC says they’re good with it. Delta management are the ones not on board with it. Flow that is. Their pilots don’t have an issue with it according to him.

I want to be back and more.

They knocked us down 5 steps in bankruptcy, it's a pipe dream to think we would even get back 3.

These negotiations weren't about getting back but about turning a temporary bonus into permanant hourly rates.

Everything else they are offering is to change the amenable date.

This is a get what you can at the moment deal.

We will raise the bar, other regionals will have to follow, then Delta will have to raise again to stay in the game.

Funny. I’ve heard the opposite about reserve. Unless you are referring to the affect of the potential co domicile, I’ve heard of increases in QOL for reserves. An additional day off, long call, longer call out for short call, etc. Do you have specifics to point at or are you just assuming efficiencies are a nice way of saying doom and gloom?
