I've talked to committee guys and don't really like what I'm hearing. I'll hold out judgement till Wednesday but what I've heard has tilted the needle closer to no for me. But I'm not rigid, I could be convinced otherwise.
Unless I was lied to, definitely no career progression. 83 is the number. And it sounds like the company got everything it wanted.

By moving from a bonus (that Delta pays) to a pay rate (that EDV pays for), I never expected the company to waver on the 83 hour pay cut.
This means the company will suddenly be paying the pilots more than $40 million dollars next year over what they are paying now.

The company has no money. All money comes from delta. Forget what your pay check says, it’s all delta money. When you refer the company, you are referring to delta. EDV is just a department out of the GO that on paper acts as a business. Our CEO makes no business moves on our behalf. There’s no strategy plan going forward— there’s no company other than delta.

83 is fair as long as there are other soft money upgrades.
