Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
I know I'm lining up in front of a firing squad for saying this, but...we have a guaranteed interview. That's honest career progression. Most careers require you to interview if you want to advance up the ladder. If one doesn't meet the requirements, or doesn't take the opportunity seriously, they won't get the job.
I would imagine an AA WO would hire you in a heartbeat if you don't like it here. But that would require...an interview. Guess you're going to just selfishly sabotage this SIGHT UNSEEN without giving it a chance.
Come on, Jasper, let's at least wait until after the MEC decides before you take a stance.

Ohhhhh snap. I didn’t expect that one. Okay enough. I call a tie. Interesting enough as it is, I think our pay will have to be matched by other regionals and I believe that the only marketing play left will be for others to boast about career progression.
I wonder if anyone has seeded the delta thread with any of our follies.

As a reserve captain, I fly with the new hires a lot... I'd say that team is part of the problem... what kind of bonus money is getting paid to them to bring in pilots??? Because they sure as sh!t aren't paining a true picture to most of these new hires... Perhaps they should tell the pilot truth not the company propaganda truth...
This guy knows what he is talking about. Any future flow will come through DALPA. Most Delta pilots don't even know we are a owned by Delta. To DALPA we are nothing more than the JV squad, a bunch of petulant 13 year-olds. Yes the market favors us but Delta is big enough and bad enough to comair us just for a board room laugh.
Someone enlighten me:
Does DAL's CBA specifically give DALPA any control over who they hire?
I'm at a AA WO, and my understanding is AA can hire anyone they want, and APA's contract doesn't give them any veto power.
So bring this back to my first question, is it really DALPA that's standing in the way of a flow, or is it company culture?
