I think what everyone needs to remember that is not about flow and never was.

This is about turning a temporary bonus into permanent hourly wages.

Luckily they are making other contract changes to our benefit in exchange for changing our amendable date.

If there are enough good things in it to buy an extended amendable date, then its a good deal.

Delta will give a flow only when they decide they want a flow. Any forcing of the issue is counterproductive.

The reps can tell you what's not in it, but they can't tell you what's in it, yet.

Ok let me replace "strongarm" with "continuous 'no' votes until they agree to a flow"

I think without career progression it's foolish to vote yes. We are taking about a multimillion dollar retirement VS an extra 5 grand a year. Vote no

So your saying that if they didn't give mesaba 900s without a flow, you would not have accepted the planes? I think you're mistaken about the pilots willing us a flow. Market is what dictates a company's need to give and take. Market determines all of that. Not the stupid pilots. If that were the case, why even have management? Just let the pilots run the thing.

That's what many don't understand, a flow is NOT a career progression item, it is a furlough protection for mainline pilots. The ONLY time we will see a flow is if mainline Delta is on the verge of furloughing pilots.
