Call me crazy, but throwing money at a problem is nice, but not going to solve the issue. It just puts a bandaid on it. Reducing upgrade time and giving pilots better bases with one on the east coast, one in the Midwest and one on the west coast that are safe and affordable. that provide a QOL will fix a lot. Also provide a career path out of the regionals and not a 30% chance at delta will take this place new new heights management never could dream of.

Union email is out with 0 information aside from next week there will be road shows and it matches what was outlined yesterday. Sounds like it will come to a pilot vote. I'll be voting no if they only raise 1st year rates and not the rest of the group.
