Set the expectation before we see the TA... That way it's seen through the proper lens. For me that lens is only in focus if there is robust career progression.

I hope Delta hasn't forgot we a have a huge pilot group still on property who were spit in the face after spending thousands to prepare for a rigged SSP. They are itching to check the NO box if DAL is still playing games.
