Has anyone heard anything from a union rep? If they indeed struck a TA you’d think they would at least send a quick email and follow up with details later.

Randomly and not nearly often as we might like. I don't understand why it is not published monthly.

I heard Delta was present at the meeting and wouldn't let anyone leave until a deal was reached. Which happened, rumored

I’m picturing the widget sitting in the corner with a menacing glare and a whip

It is true. Delta mandated that the TA be resolved in quick fashion. They were adamant because 9E hiring numbers have dropped precipitously in light of nearly all others offering career progression. Guys, this one could be big. Expect a union email before the beginning of next week.

I heard similar... they (Delta) wanted a deal before being forced to have to offer a flow (or bonus based on less than 83 hours per month credit)... Announcement on Friday (F-U Friday returns perhaps?)

By the contract, the seniority list is published in January and July. In addition to the semi-annual lists, a list is published in conjunction with any vacant, realignment or displacement notices as stated in the contract.

If all of that is not to your satisfaction if one looks at the base seniority list with every monthly bid packet you can find your current seniority number next to your seniority within base.

With all these places to look, one can see their seniority every month or more.

aaaaand....how does that resolve our incoming pilot shortage ? We are slowly losing the recruiting race due to money being matched and career progression being outmatched...why does every pilot on property realize this...and management doesn't?
