Is flying on reserve really that scarce? I'll be sitting reserve for the first time in October (at JFK though) and was hoping to fly often.

When you're the last guy, and there are 6 to 9 in front of you, and half of them bid 'first'.....yeah, I guess so.

For CR9 LGA, Mock has 49 Reserve lines and 111 Hard lines for 44% coverage. Guess there will be a lot of crash pad couch time!

You only lose pay if you were over 75 credit for the month. Work 1 hour or 75, and you get paid for 75, amirite?

Wrong if you drop below 75, you lose that credit. If your line is 75, but drop 10 hrs, you get paid 65. What you are referring to is if your line was less that 75, then yes you still get paid 75.

What's the limit on the ratio of regular vs reserve lines?

Why were there 5 MSP 900 and 8 MSP 200 FO positions not filled in 17-04? Are they just going to have TDY cover those?

Becuase msp flying is decreasing. It's is no shock they didn't back fill them.

In my experience, when dropping a reserve day rainmaker reflects -3.52. However, It may not show up immediately (might be marked as FLG) but it will get adjusted in the end. If you're dropping reserve days without grabbing other credit you will lose that amount of pay off the top no matter if you're above or below the 75hr threshold; I've done it a few times.
