Then I don't leave LGA until I'm done with OE on that? I'm guessing they'd do like the 200 OE and DH me from ATL to MSP or DTW to do my OE trips instead of doing it in LGA where there's (apparently) little to no LCAs?

Clarify, please. I'm done with OE on the 200. Go to 900 differences in Feb. (What is it...like 7-10 days?)

Differences:
2.5 days of classroom. Closed book SV of 50 questions.
One practice MT then MV.
OE is minimum of 8 legs...more if you need it
If you are upgrading and need differences you do the above then:
Leadership: 2 days
1 MT, then MV then 2 LOS then LOE.
OE: Minimum 25 hours with a Fed ride sometime after 10 hours and a line check by your LCA on the final two legs.

Nope, Two procedures lessons in the FTD; in the sim you have a maneuvers training lesson and an MV.
For groundschool, you can download the differences slides on the flight ops website. I'd also suggest the differences supplement. Now the 900 has its own systems manual which helps. Only thing I'd really study ahead is limitations.
Test is 50 questions closed book.
Differences is incredibly quick. For OE the biggest single point of focus is landings. Coming off the 200 you're gonna try to carrier land it. Six legs is the min but they usually try to build a trip with 8-9.
