You had time to sit here all day, you've got 5x the post count I do. You could have simply called a rep or wrote an email with questions and had a legal responses for free. 2) I believe to be wrong. I changed bases, and my vacation stayed with what I had bid months prior in my original base. I think vacation only has to be re-bid if you upgrade.

you have to rebid vacation if you change seat or equipment, if it is just a change in base your good.

Thanks for the correction. I am pretty sure I typed "upgrade or change acft", must have deleted it or just imagined it. Seems I need another beer before I post anymore. Or maybe I should just close this browser and go read the contract.

I can't look up the contract right now, but I think vacations needing to be rebid or not has to do with how much time a base is open. A base opened in the last 12 months does not require you to rebid, otherwise you would need to. I don't think it has anything to do with type of training. Again, I'm not 100% on that but I would look it up before sitting pat on it with a seat/airframe/base change.
