Likewise the ex-Comair -700s?
PQ 900's (originally purchased by Pinnacle) were subleased to ExpressJet/Skywest, for a period of 3-5 years (I can't remember which). The 200's including the 2 that had XJ tail #'s were owned by delta and I believe still are.

You do realize our 9E career was directly benefiting from the Diesel-9er -10s, 20s, and 30s being parked at Northwest? Those were mainline planes/jobs with mainline pay.

Northwest never flew the -20 series, only the 15 and 30 series DC-9. Only a handful -20's were made, for SAS initially.

And also most recently with Air Wisconsin as they were about to gain some 9E 200's. Unfortunately soladarity in this business died long ago, and unfortunately the saying "nice guys finish last" would be applicable here.
I remember Republic pilots being ecstatic with getting the Q400s. It is what it is, a national seniority list would go a long way.

I know the point you were trying to make. The -15/20 were both effectively the same size airplane as a CRJ900. The -30 is almost identical in size to the 717.

Did not know that about the -20. Thanks, I'll look it up. I loved those things. Thundering takeoffs setting off car alarms at the DTW employee lot

Your do realize they (all mainlines not just NWA) could have kept almost all jobs and planes at mainline had the mainline pilots not given up their scope agreements subsidizing higher pay scales at mainline by lower substandard pay at regionals! Who benefited?

And when 9E first got the PQ tails (on a money losing contract with DL), and opened an ATL base, there was no giddiness about short upgrades and even the possibility of street captains at 9E??? The 9E pilots came to our aid to reject the aircraft while EV shrank and furloughed??

A little perspective.

Go back far enough and no one is innocent, especially the scope-sellers.
