Can't see them adding -700s on top of the unknown number of -200s returning.
I dunno. But unlike many of those windbag posts at PSA, I don't particularly like the idea of taking planes from other carriers if it affects their work groups.

I agree 1000%. Pilot deserves a violation. Failure in the common sense department.

Exactly! No airframes from other carriers if it threatens job security for fellow pilots.

I like your style.

Well, before we get the pitch forks, what's the context? At the gate, on the taxi out??

Also, I'm just looking over the new 401k stuff (under the Delta umbrella). So far I like the really low expense ratios.

Since these pilots from these other carriers came to our aid to reject our aircraft when we were threatened with a shutdown and/or massive furloughs....OH WAIT...they gladly accepted our 900's..while we shrank..

**** them...

This is where I struggle. I know it's not supposed to be an eye for an eye, but damn it's hard. I vividly remember the gloating and excitement from Skywest and the ASA side of express jet with the announcement of 9E 900's and 200's heading their way. And also most recently with Air Wisconsin as they were about to gain some 9E 200's. Unfortunately soladarity in this business died long ago, and unfortunately the saying "nice guys finish last" would be applicable here.

Are the -900s at Expressjet and Skywest owned by Delta, or were they outright sold? I see PQ and XJ tailnumbers amongst them.

Likewise the ex-Comair -700s?
