Happy People
I've done 121 for three years and I'm returning after almost 11 years off. Things look a lot better now than when I left in 2006.
Thanks Teddy and the rest who've had good things to say. I'm starting new hire class next week and this thread had me a little worried that I chose poorly.

I have enjoyed my time here at 9E. I have a great schedule even for a commuter and get a direct deposit every 2 weeks. So that's better than some. If you have applied here, don't worry you haven't made a mistake. It is one of the best regionals in the business right now. No I'm not a recruiter and I don't wear the hat. I am just trying to encourage anyone who has doubts in their decision to come here. It really is a good airline.

The one thing that I take away is that 90% of the people I fly with are either content or happy in their jobs. And that includes guys with double no's who have decided to just be ok with it and move on.
While back someone told me that if you try to find a reason to hate this job you'll find it around every corner, and that stuff will eat you alive if you let it.

Absolutely agree that there are much worse places to be. I love it here. But with every recommendation for and against there should be a little asterisk that says (*your results may vary). Our biggest issue is that we can't agree on what we want in these negotiations.

In life there are people who are glass Half Empty or full. We can
All choose, but it's usually more fulfilling to be the latter.
