I thought I was the only happy person here. Life seems pretty good to me!

Oh I meant on the forum. Everyone on the line I met has for the most part been pretty content.

Thanks Teddy and the rest who've had good things to say. I'm starting new hire class next week and this thread had me a little worried that I chose poorly.

I've done 121 for three years and I'm returning after almost 11 years off. Things look a lot better now than when I left in 2006.

The company, pay, culture is all top notch. We still have an opportunity with the DGI that a lot of other regional guys don't get, (an interview), but its still not as great as having a flow in the back pocket. Other than that, I think you will enjoy your time here.

I have enjoyed my time here at 9E. I have a great schedule even for a commuter and get a direct deposit every 2 weeks. So that's better than some. If you have applied here, don't worry you haven't made a mistake. It is one of the best regionals in the business right now. No I'm not a recruiter and I don't wear the hat. I am just trying to encourage anyone who has doubts in their decision to come here. It really is a good airline.

Absolutely agree that there are much worse places to be. I love it here. But with every recommendation for and against there should be a little asterisk that says (*your results may vary). Our biggest issue is that we can't agree on what we want in these negotiations.

The one thing that I take away is that 90% of the people I fly with are either content or happy in their jobs. And that includes guys with double no's who have decided to just be ok with it and move on.

While back someone told me that if you try to find a reason to hate this job you'll find it around every corner, and that stuff will eat you alive if you let it.

This^^^

In life there are people who are glass Half Empty or full. We can
All choose, but it's usually more fulfilling to be the latter.
