Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

The average is 87, the 83 is 1000 hours flown in a year, that's arbitrary. The union likes 1000 hours, and that's fine, but the union is not trying to move guarantee up to 83, which is a problem.

I'm full of egotism? You think you stepped on my tail. You don't have any power over me to think you can do that, hence you're not that important.
I can tell you're itching for a fight. Instead, why don't you answer my question? Do you think Delta pilots should, through our participation in a union when others are largely not, be responsible for the economic outcomes of our coworkers?

You do realize that the company made sure this was a bonus so they could get out of it in a short time?
It's not your pay. It's a bonus to keep you here for a short period.
Let's turn it into something that is pay and means something and makes them work much much harder to take away.
It's sucks some for the 15% but it's going to suck a lot worse for everyone when $23000 worth of "bonus" money disappears.

I'm not itching for a fight. You're the one who came at me first in response to an off the wall comment I made. I could tell that it illicited some emotion. I've been told numerous times from Delta pilots that any gains at Endeavor adversely affects their profit sharing. I was wrong to make such a blanket statement. But quite frankly, it's disturbing to hear and witness these kind of attitudes from some of the Delta ranks. I'm not sure what part of that stuck a nerve with you, or even why you post on a regional forum? Not that it matters, it's a public forum. You just seem somewhat defensive. And the Delta arrogance showed in both your responses to me.

At the new rates based off 83 hours conversion, that would be 4 hours/month of pay for a first year FO, 2 hours at 12 year captain rate. If the Guarantee was raised 4 hours a month that would cover the shortfall in pay for those stuck on reserve.

Are you boys and girls really trying to get into a tit / dick measuring contest? EDV is a WO by DL. We all have skin in the game.
BTW DL is based in 65 hours a month according to the pay notes section Delta Air Lines | AirlinePilotCentral.com
Isn't it smarter to work this together than opposed?

Absolutely. That's what I be been saying. We shouldn't be leaving anyone behind or accepting anyone taking a pay cut. There is no downside to demanding at least a breakeven at min guarantee. I don't get why any pilot at this company would be opposed to that.
