We've got to do something about the bonus expiration, I can't get approved for a mortgage on a home because of it.

They aren't counting towards income or something? Could you use your offer letter that lists the bonuses on them? Along with stubs that should prove income. If not a different loan company with different guidelines might. Unless you're talking FHA. Those requirements are pretty strict

It's counting currently, but I need that income to project farther than end of 2018, loan officer was gonna check guidelines, thought possibly need three years into future at the income level; underwriter had issue. I have letter from HR documenting bonuses, but the expiration is the problem.

lol I was thinking the same thing. Walk into a bank to get a loan to buy a house they see my pay rate without bonuses and laugh me out of the building.

Get on your union reps. Make it known. Tell them any proposal where any pilot takes a pay cut is unacceptable.

Took me forever to get a mortgage with this bonus scheme. Finally got approved a few months ago after many letters and extra forms and a sizeable down payment.

Default Max line range

If I pick up a trip in open time that puts me over the 85 hours does the company pay those hours over 85 at 150% even though it's open time and I'm already getting 150%?
Let's say my line is 76 hours.
I pickup from open time a 20 hour trip. 20x1.5= 30 hours. So now I have 106 credits. Are they gonna pay me an additional 150% for those 21 credits over 85? Thx

If you selected max line range, I believe they do.
