He can't reply to that. It requires experience.

Good to see some movement into ATL, DTW, and MSP though. Mostly FO but still nice for some new guys that wanted DTW or MSP.

I have been predicting the DGI will have a higher success rate than the SSP. Not sure it can hit 80% and be sustainable, however. If 80% pass and 15% move on to another company, I don't see how EDV can survive and continue to move people to the DL hubs.

Yes, a lot of the rejects would have done better with the SSP, earlier in their career.

Yes, strike. That is the answer. How'd those goofy neon 'no flow no vote' lanyards work out for you. Instead of striking to try and milk the regional cow for more money, why don't you update your app, and work to get out of here.

I'm going to come out and say it: you're an idiot. Have a few conversations with SSP candidates who have worked to get to Delta and we're told "No, you're not good enough to be Delta, but you need to be Delta. By the way, wear the hat."

A strike would be a great thing to get rid of the substandard conditions at the regionals, but that would require a real union.

Oh well, I'm giving it until the end of these negotiations. If nothing good happens, I'm out. There are more airlines offering better packages that I'm happy to go to.
