I can't speak before August but 15-05 had 70 upgrades. So 115 in the last 4 months.
Granted many of these folks were previously downgraded but it's progress nonetheless.
Assuming the trend continues (about 45 upgrades a quarter) we could be looking at upgrades in 3-4 years. Not terrible... Hope the trend holds.

Does the DGI program allow any endeavor pilot to interview or just those who qualify for Delta? In other words, do you need a 4-year degree and 1,000 turbine hours logged before interviewing or can any endeavor pilot interview at any point in time?

You do not need a four degree and you will have 1,000 hours logged by the time you interview.
