Side note, I feel like no one checks the trade board. Especially new hires on rsv. There's got to be a better way to connect. Like I'm trying to get rid of a 7 hour MSY turn on the 25th of July that I'm sure some nh trying to build hours would want. But the board shows the full 4 day. You have to read the comments to see that it's just the one turn.

You will go to the ATP-CTP course, do the flying, then after completion schedule and take your FAA ATP exam. Once that is complete, you go to EFV for training. Once you complete training, you will be fully ATP qualified, and will receive your ATP cert from the FAA after filing your 8710. All of this, assuming you have the hours required to obtain an ATP or R-ATP by the time you finish flying the sims.

Not sure what you mean that EDV "doesn't offer the ATP like some other airlines".

Regarding bonuses... unless I am reading it incorrectly, looks like Endeavor has a better structure - you get a bonus each quarter that incurs no additional commitment?

Thanks for any help in interpretation!

Because unless there's nothing else available, pay wise, they're better off picking something up out of open time at 150% or better, versus a straight time trade board pickup.

The entire class got 900s, so, yes...nobody got 200s.

I like how many of you are afraid of becoming Comair but in reality there's a very good chance the entire regional industry will not exist in 5-7 years. At the very least it won't look anything like it does now. Do the math...
