They don't pay more when comparing W2s and all their rates aren't the highest out there despite a free raise. Bases are subjective at best and each person will have their own opinion on that. Bigger airplanes aren't for everyone. For God's sake, leave the hat out of the equation. That means nothing in the long run. I don't care if that's TIC. Too many people seem to actually include that in their calculus.
I think that's wishful thinking.
We have a very slim chance of negotiating a DAL flow.
Delta pilots don't want us to have one.
Delta mgt doesn't want us to have one.
Delta would Comair us before they would let us dictate
to them a flow. Though that might be your motive???

I'm not saying rollover and take it up the a@! but its certainly not a "do or die" negotiation. We've got one of the best contracts in the regional game right now. Attempting to draw some sort of line in the sand by wearing these clown lanyards is foolish at best.

There is no mercy, no favorites, no consideratio, and NO feelings of respect or admiration from Delta ATL to Endeavor.
They couldn't care less about our wants or needs. To them, WE ARE A COST WHICH MUST BE CONTROLLED. BAR NONE.
So to think that Delta will warm up to a flow because we perform well or we wear green lanyards demanding a flow is just insane. Delta wants Endeavor to stay in their lane and act like a contractor because that's all we are to them. They don't care about us and they never will. Sadly this is the reality guys.
Now does that mean they are a bad company? No absolutely not. They look out for their own and we are anything but that. Regardless of the kumbyah in MSP.
What you should all be worried about is the future of this airline which has NO flying contracted thru 2020. Go chew on that one and stop worrying about a flow.

Cant wait to see which tools wear this. Go get a college degree and get yourself a mainline job. I fly with dudes that have way to many excuses of why they are still here. I've been here along enough to know a handful of great people got turned down at Delta especially the first group to interview. The rest of you have nothing but excuses. I ask guys all the time have you gone to a career fair? Well no.... , you want to work at United? Oh when's the last time you updated your app? Oh well last year. The only obstacle in life is yourself. This flow thing is a joke. It's Delta Air Lines.

That's funny that some think it's up to the union or 9e mgt weather we get a flow or not. And if you do understand that it's only daddy D that has a say, go wear that lanyard proud in ATL next time you're there. Maybe you can change their mind.

They do want us to succeed however they control a flow and
everything else
not us.
So what if our contract has an expiration date? Don't all?

All feedback is appreciated however it's to be noted that the lanyards are not a piece to "force Delta's hand" or bully them into a flow. The point we're making is to get a conversation started and to tell our union and management that we want flow on the negotiating table.
Endeavor isn't a bad place, however now is the time to start making a change. A five year contract extension is a long time period when retirements are becoming in full swing and the airline model is changing. You can choose to stay at Endeavor, however many of us want to be at a major for our own reasons including long term compensation. It's clear our reps need to hear from us and if you disagree with flow, tell them. The lanyards are just another channel of communication. To a few of your points earlier, we indeed have four year degrees, unblemished records and attend the career fairs. We also want to make this place better and want to help this place ensure the best candidates are hired. Our current contract + flow is a way to ensure that. This is about getting the conversation started, whether you agree or not, at least we are doing something about it.

The CDOs in NYC are the problem. In a base which is all commuters, even if you live in the city because of driving times, CDOs aren't ideal.
