Yes and it is sad and tragic. What was the answer? Give up more scope to help provide additional compensation at the regionals expense and offer little in return.

The unions had a lot to do with selling those concessions, that's why our former leadership gets multi-million dollar lobbying jobs in DC from the airlines.

Thank you...upgrade in just under four months since class date. I know it's reserve for me for almost forever, but there are some nice trade offs.

It was a gamble with house money, so maybe that trip last month to Vegas was worthwhile.

Default Bidding TDY

Considering bidding the TDY to MSP 200 from LGA 200....
I bid in the middle ish LGA 200 lineholder, only concern is if I get TDY to MSP do I bid as if based there....aka zero seniority=guaranteed reserve for the month but pos space and round the clock per diem works for me.
I'm just trying to avoid commuting to LGA one last month til I hold ATL at home, the commute is demoralizing nearly always.

I think it's overall seniority of all those in the base including TDYs. My new base this month is DTW FO 200 but a bunch of senior folks TDYd in here and I missed a line by about four spots. But that is DTW...might be a lot harder in MSP, but again on the initial award I got MSP CRJ2 and would like lose out to anyone with prior to Dec 12 class date.

Yes, if you get the TDY you take your company seniority number with you for bidding that month relative to everyone else bidding that position that month. TDY's tend to go senior thought so it may not be something you could even hold.
