Didn't feel like lugging that flight case around after the 1st, so I just left mine in the concourse at an outstation. Put it behind a pole so no one would trip over it.

Maybe if we just grew DTW and MSP there would be jr seats available

That would certainly help too, but that still doesn't allow for movement at the top. At this point I am not sure anything will help with that. Most of those guys wouldn't leave even with a flow.

There has never been movement off the top. Have you looked at DOH? Top 100 is 20+ years that's only a little more than 5% of our list.

This is true for almost every airline.

Working during the lost decade was pretty demoralizing. If you are just getting in at Endeavor now, it's easy to put together a volunteer, mentor, no sick calls, etc, work resume, for a quick few years to move on. However, for many at the top, there were years where you couldn't even apply anywhere, so you got lax, and that's where the motivation Delta is looking for, hurts the most.

You left out mergers and consolidations that created fewer job opportunities along with our union that doesn't consider regional pilots as real pilots deserving of same protections as our mainline counterparts. Only real pilots deserve that.

I would argue that mainline pilots have lost more than us, we are down 50% from historical pay, they are down at least 75%. Mainline pilots have given up more in pay, than they will ever make in career earnings. But yes, we are treated like ****.

This whole career has been a disaster, that's why I took steps to remove myself from it.
